Le Roule-Mapoule est un micro-état nomade souverain. Ses habitants, les poulards, parcourent le monde à bord du Croûlant, un chariot à roulettes entièrement équipé pour vivre confortablement.
Le véritable but du Roule-Mapoule est de pouvoir se balader dans les manifestations pour photographier les violences policières des pays frontaliers, légalement, le tout sans crainte de représailles car bénéficiant de l'immunité diplomatique.
Le but étant évidemment de contrer les lois des pays frontaliers au Roule-Mapoule. Il est représenté et reconnaissable par Médouze et l'œil omniscient.
Le Croûlant pétrifie les forces hostiles et les douze tentacules de Médouze sont toutes harnachées de caméras Canon XA40 qui filment en continu. Le Croûlant ne peut supporter que trois habitants pour le moment mais il vise toujours à aller plus haut.

Maëll Hym , ce projet a vu le jour vers fin 2020, lorsque l’Assemblée nationale a adopté la proposition de loi dite de « sécurité globale ». Il à été inspiré, entre autres, de l'œuvre de Pierre Dac et Francis Blanche, notamment le parti d'en rire.
The Roule-Mapoule is a sovereign nomadic microstate. Its residents, the poulards, travel the world in the Crumbler, a wheeled cart fully equipped for comfortable living.
The real purpose of the Roule-Mapoule is to be able to walk around demonstrations to photograph police violence in border countries, legally, all without fear of reprisals because they have diplomatic immunity.
The aim is obviously to counter the laws of the countries bordering Roule-Mapoule. It is represented and recognisable by Medouza and the omniscient eye.
The Crumbler petrifies hostile forces and all twelve of Medouza's tentacles are harnessed with Canon XA40 cameras that film continuously. The Crumbler can only support three residents at the moment but it is always aiming to go higher.
